Why is sex necessary?

A man’s sexual behavior is connected with his health. There is a big difference in behavior between a person who engages in regular sexual activity and a person who does not, because sexual contact is also a mirror of health. Doctors say that refusing sexual contact is playing with your own health.

Such health problems can be seen in people who do not have regular sex:

1. stress

The first problem that appears after stopping regular intercourse is stress. In such a situation, experts say that even small things can cause stress. According to a study, a person who abstains from sex cannot solve any common problem because having sex releases endorphins, the feel-good hormones that help control stress.

2. Depression

Depression is seen in men as well as women due to lack of regular sexual intercourse. According to a study published in the journal ‘Archives Sexual Behaviour’, hormones such as melatonin, serotonin and oxytocin remain in men’s semen, which reach women during intercourse and help to make women’s moods.

3. Increased irritability

Due to busyness, if a couple does not find time for sex, then a kind of anger is created in both the woman or the man and it can cause a rift between the two.

4. Sexual dysfunction

Sexual weakness can also be seen in people who do not have regular intercourse. A study has concluded that people who have sex at least twice a week have less erectile dysfunction (sexual weakness) than those who do not, because the penile muscles are strengthened by frequent intercourse.

5. Treatment

If you see such a problem, it is better to seek treatment from a physician qualified in Ayurvedic medicine for women or men. For those who have this problem, it would be better to give them vitamins rather than stimulants.
