Christina Hendricks to marry George Bianchini after dating
Christina Hendricks, known for her roles in Good Girls and Mad Men, is getting married again at the age of 47. She and her boyfriend, George Bianchini, shared on Instagram that they are engaged after being together for almost 1.5 years. In the caption of a sweet photo of them together, she revealed that they proposed to each other and both said yes. She expressed her love and commitment to him, tagging his Instagram handle (@steadig).

After Christina posted the engagement news to her 1.2 million Instagram followers, many of them flooded the comments section with congratulatory messages. Kat Dennings from 2 Broke Girls wrote, “Christina!!! I love you, so happy for you both,” while January Jones, her co-star in Mad Men, added, “Yayayayayayay!!!!!”. Another Mad Men alum, Alison Brie, also wished her the best, writing, “Congratulations!!! So happy for you both!!”. One fan even joked that their husband would be disappointed to hear the news, saying, “My husband is going to be so sad. He thought he had a real chance. Hahah.”

In a separate comment, an admirer expressed their excitement and joked about being a part of the official wedding party from afar. “Christina, I’m so happy for you!!!! Congratulations to you both!!! I consider myself as a bridesmaid from far lol!! I can’t wait to see your dress!! To a forever love for you both,” they wrote. Before the official engagement announcement, Christina had been seen wearing a diamond ring on that finger in some Instagram photos on Feb. 26.

According to PEOPLE, camera operator George and Christina, who is now his fiancée, were first linked in November 2021 when they attended a Christian Siriano exhibit. The Daily Mail reported that they met while working on Christina’s show, Good Girls, which ran from 2018 to 2021. More recently, George worked as a camera operator on the Netflix show Inventing Anna, which premiered in February 2022. He also worked on the 2022 film The Peripheral, starring Chloë Grace Moretz.
