Meta offers to sell the Bluetick verification
Like on Twitter, you have to pay a fee for bluetick verification on Facebook as well. Facebook’s parent company ‘Meta’ has started a subscription service called ‘Meta Verified for Facebook from Sunday. Under this service, users can purchase Blue Check Mark for their Facebook and Instagram accounts by paying up to $15 per month. This rule, which was implemented by Twitter only recently, started to be successful in the market, and this rule is about to be implemented on Facebook as well.

The company’s CEO, Mark Zuckerberg, said that this service will initially be implemented in Australia and New Zealand. According to him, users of the web version will have to pay a fee of $11.99 per month, while iOS users will have to pay a fee of $14.99 per month.
As for the Android app, the company has not yet given any information about when this service will start. In addition, Zuckerberg said that this service will be implemented in other countries soon.
